- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this information to track your order's progress.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We ship to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes.
Damages:
- The Simple Life Amish Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
